The EDUCANG Board’s role is to maintain oversight of the company and its Colleges, by defining and monitoring the strategic directions, developing and monitoring policies, monitoring the effectiveness of the Board’s and each school’s performance, and establishing control and accountability systems.
The Members of the company are the Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland Synod and the Anglican Church of Australia, Diocese of Brisbane. The Board meets regularly reporting to the Members. As a company limited by guarantee the Board reports to the Australian Securities Commission annually.
The Springfield College is accredited by the Non State Schools Accreditation Board and is a registered CRICOS Provider for international education.
